Thrivent Financial is committing $12 million nationally to the 2016 partnership, which will be used to serve families and mobilize volunteers through three programs. Thrivent Builds Homes focuses on improving communities by helping Habitat build homes in partnership with low-income families. Since 2005, Thrivent Financial and its members have committed $226 million and 4.7 million volunteer hours around the world!

Sign Up for the Thrivent Panel Build, Sat, May 25, Stones River Mall, 9am - 2pm.

This is an exciting event where ALL of the Thrivent Builds Habitat house walls will be built! Volunteers can sign up for 1 hour shifts - all you need is to swing a hammer and help construct the 2x4 and 2x6 wall framing.

Our Thrivent Builds "Faith Build" Habitat Partner Family is Vergena Reese. Vergena has been busy completing her 400 hours of "sweat equity" and has completed her 30-week Financial & Homeowner Education Program - so she is well-equipped to sustain and maintain her home!
Habitat’s Christian foundation is based on the desire to give tangible expression to the love of God through the work of eliminating poverty housing. The goal of this very special Thrivent Builds “House of Faith” is to bring together faith organizations and churches throughout Rutherford County in a common mission and opportunity to put faith into action.
